At Kyomu the product rules: bluefin tuna sashimi and nigiris, wagyu with foie gras, glazed eel and handmade Iberian pork gyozas. The kitchen crosses borders —Vietnamese goi cuon, Thai tom yum, Sichuan dan dan noodles, the Korean bao burger— and if you don't know where to start, our tasting menu takes you on a journey through cold, warm and sweet.
You'll find us at C.C. Oasis in Playa de las Américas — the Asian corner of the irreverent group you already know from Fiore and Savage. Dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday.
